This was painted at the Art Students League of New York in December of 2008. It is a painting of Marcia, a dancer, seated among red drapery wearing a beige shawl.
"Nulla Dies Sine Linea"
which translates as "Never a Day without a Line".
This text is incorporated into the seal of the Art Students League of New York.
